Bathroom Renovations Leeds helps homeowners improve bathrooms that are dated, awkward, difficult to maintain or simply no longer right for the household. Our main service is complete bathroom renovation, supported by bathroom refurbishment, shower installation, wet room installation, bath replacement and individual bathroom fixture installation. We work throughout Leeds and wider West Yorkshire, planning each job around the property, the available space and how the room needs to function every day.
A bathroom project can involve far more than choosing a new suite. Layout, plumbing positions, wall and floor condition, ventilation, storage, waterproofing in wet areas and access around the room all affect the result. We keep those decisions practical and explain the options without unnecessary jargon. Whether you already know exactly what you want or only know that the existing bathroom needs changing,
Bathroom Renovations Leeds was founded by Leeds-born fitter Daniel Whitaker after years working on domestic refurbishment projects around West Yorkshire. Daniel started out helping an experienced local plumber with property maintenance and learned early that the quality of a finished bathroom often depends on work the customer never sees. Straight walls, suitable floors, sensible pipe routes and careful preparation matter just as much as the visible fixtures.
Daniel now works alongside bathroom fitter and tiler Callum Rhodes and project coordinator Hannah Sutcliffe. Together they take a straightforward approach: understand the room, work out what genuinely needs changing and keep the customer informed as the job progresses. The team works across everything from compact Leeds terraces to family bathrooms, en-suites and larger renovation projects throughout West Yorkshire.
More about us
Our services cover complete renovations and more focused bathroom improvements. Bathroom renovation is the most comprehensive option when the room needs to be stripped back, replanned and rebuilt. Bathroom refurbishment suits rooms where the basic arrangement still works but fittings, finishes or selected elements need updating. We also install and replace showers, create wet rooms where the property and space are suitable, fit new baths and replace individual bathroom fixtures. The right scope depends on the room rather than a fixed package, so we start by understanding what is worn, what is inconvenient and what you want the finished bathroom to do better.

West Yorkshire has a wide range of housing, from Victorian and Edwardian terraces to stone properties, post-war semis, apartments and newer developments. Bathrooms in those homes can differ significantly in size and condition. We plan around those differences rather than treating every room as though it starts from the same point.

We start with how the bathroom needs to work, including layout, storage, movement, cleaning and everyday use.
We explain what different options involve so you can make decisions without being buried in trade language.
Fixtures, surfaces, preparation, ventilation and finishing details are considered as connected parts of the job.
Bathroom work can be disruptive, so we keep working areas organised and discuss practical access before work starts.
We work with the varied property types found across Leeds and surrounding towns and plan accordingly.
A straightforward full bathroom renovation often takes around one to two working weeks, although more involved projects can take longer. Layout changes, extensive preparation, product availability and the condition found after strip-out can all affect the programme.
Yes. Small bathrooms are common across Leeds, particularly in terraces and converted properties. Careful fixture sizing, storage and shower or bath choices can make a noticeable difference.
Not necessarily. Keeping sensible existing positions can sometimes reduce unnecessary work. If the current layout is genuinely awkward, we can discuss whether moving fixtures would provide enough benefit to make the additional work worthwhile.
